Including multiple genres in a display of information is a way to optimize the communication of your content. Coming up with three genres to present information with for project three seemed really overwhelming at first, but after reading the chapter I've thought back to all the book reports we did in elementary school that we had to make posters for. We've been doing multigenre projects for most of our academic careers, but without all the possibilities. While planning and outlining a multigenre project includes the same process as any other poster or essay, you get to strategically fit information to the platform it could best be displayed. In addition, I've never thought about the multiple forms of media that could be used academically. From film scripts, to audio diaries, to posters the possibilites are endless.
